Yesterday I received some very exciting mail! Tickets to go She & Him! I'm a big fan of Zooey and M. Ward so this is a real treat.


This video is super cute! Zooey is trying to remove the flower from her hair to throw into the audience. It takes some work, lol!


I'm not just excited to hear the music, but to also see what Zooey will be wearing! ;o)

You'll obviously hear more about this in a few weeks!

I wore this outfit to go on a dinner date with Jonny at one of our favorite restaurants. It was the perfect thing to wear on a warm muggy night. Gosh, I love this dress, it makes me feel like a princess. What could be better than that?! Have a wonderful weekend dears! :o)

End Of Summer SALE!


Now that summer is sadly coming to a close, it's time for me to have a End of Summer Sale! We still have several weeks left to go to picnics and lounge at the pool, so why not treat yourself to something fabulous to do it in!? I have added lots of vintage to the sale section of my shop at super low prices, so take a peak!

On another note...I have so much exciting things happening in the next few weeks that I can't wait to post about! Yay! ;o)

A Day At Graceland!

Monday Jonny and I dove to Memphis for a day at Graceland! There we met with my dear friend Joe (he's like a grandpa to me!) and had a yummy lunch consisting of hamburgers, fries and milkshakes. Later Jonny and I took at stroll over to the Graceland! So, we took some pictures in front of the gate and browsed the gift shops. I bought some neat Elvis fabric to make a circle skirt, which I can't wait to get started on. We had so much fun, of course! And yeah, I admit I cried when we first drove by Graceland, hehe! :o)

Blogger Meetup with Lexie of Little Boat & Her Sister Molly!


Today I had the pleasure of meeting Lexie of Little Boat and her little sister Molly! We met for frozen yogurt at Sweet CeCe's in Nashville. I'd never been to Sweet CeCe's before and I'm so glad Lexie choose to meet there because I think I've found my new favorite snack!
It was so nice getting to chat with Lexie and get to know a little more about the girl behind the blog, she's just lovely! Lexie's little sis Molly was just a doll, and just as cute as she looks! This was my fifth blogger meetup and I must say that everyone I've met is just as awesome as the next. Us bloggers really do need to start a little city or something, lol! Thank you Lexie and Molly, I had a blast! :o)

PS: I'm really not that tall. That's what three inch wedges will do to ya, haha!
PSS: Please excuse my silly closed mouth grin in the first few shots. I was convinced I had granola in my teeth, hehe.

In A Dress Fit For Brigitte Bardot...







Isn't this dress a dream!? When I found it I squealed with delight! I'm not quite sure why but it really reminds me of Brigitte Bardot. Maybe it's the nipped in waist and super full skirt?! Sadly this beauty is a bit too big for me so it's now in my shop.
